Rava fish

Ingredients:

Tamarind paste
Lemon juice
Chilli powder
Salt
Garam masala ( optional )
White fleshed fish

Directions:

Step 1 : Marination
     Sprinkle lemon juice on fish. 
     In a plate mix tamarind paste, salt and chilli powder ( garam masala optional )
     Add some water and apply this paste completely on fish pieces.
     Keep this aside for 15 - 20 minutes

Step 2: Frying
    Take another plate and pour some course rava in it.
    Take marinated fish pieces and gently roll it over the rava and make sure rava covers it completely.
     Keep a pan on low-medium flame add some oil and let it heat for some time.
    Put the fish piece into the pan and fry it completely. 
    Per preference you could deep fry it in oil instead.

Crispy Rava fish are ready to be eaten.
