Dripping off from the glacier
together with unitfy it flows
to unite with the ocean one day
it feels it belongs to!!

does it know which way to flow ?
does it waste time by standing still ?
does it even care to know ?
it just flows wherever the wind blows!!

jumping from the mountain
crawling across the dessert
cutting thru the rocks
running over the sand
smooth or rough, it struggles
it shall never give up!!

Beside this river stand Men
few amused seeing its beauty
few gaze at it to find strength
few laughing at its foolishness
for few it goes unnoticed as well
no matter what it means to Men
it continues to flow!!

does it fulfill its reason of existence?
does it even really matter?
